Varun Electrodes
A corporate and product-catalogue website for a long-established Indian welding-consumables manufacturer — presenting a deep range of stick electrodes, MIG/TIG and SAW filler wires under a single brand, organised by process and application for a technical, largely B2B buyer.

Varun Electrodes manufactures welding consumables — shielded metal-arc (stick) electrodes, MIG and TIG filler wires and submerged-arc wires — for engineering, fabrication and infrastructure industries, selling under its own brand from a New Delhi base with production in Panipat. The company is not selling a single hero product; it is selling a broad technical catalogue that a specifier, distributor or plant buyer has to be able to navigate with confidence.
The brief was to turn a large, specification-heavy product line into an organised, credible corporate presence that a technical buyer can browse by process and application — and that search engines can index grade by grade.
02
We built a corporate catalogue site that leads with credibility and organises the product range the way a welding buyer actually thinks — by process first, then by material and application.
Rather than one long product list, the catalogue is split into clear families — stick (SMAW) electrodes, MIG/GMAW wires, TIG filler wires and submerged-arc (SAW) wires — and then broken down by application such as mild steel, stainless, cast-iron, hard-facing and low-hydrogen grades. Each product gets its own structured page so a specific grade can be found, linked and indexed on its own terms.
The company's longevity, its house brand and its quality certification are surfaced up front through dedicated about, infrastructure and quality sections, so an evaluating buyer sees the manufacturer behind the catalogue, not just the SKUs. Clear enquiry paths and contact details connect a browsing buyer to the sales team without friction.
The build is a lightweight PHP-driven site with responsive layouts, so the catalogue reads well on desktop for office buyers and on mobile for people on a plant floor or trade-show stand. Product content is delivered as real, structured HTML rather than flat scanned sheets, which keeps individual grades discoverable in search. Navigation is kept shallow so any product family is a click or two from the homepage.
Because products are organised into consistent process and application groupings, new grades slot into the existing structure without redesigning navigation — the catalogue can widen as the manufacturing range does.
03
The delivered site presents a deep, technical consumables range as an organised, credible corporate catalogue rather than a scattered product dump. We describe the shape and capability of what was built, not internal commercial data we do not hold.
Because the catalogue is organised into consistent process and application families, new electrode and wire grades can be added into the existing structure without reworking the site — the presentation scales with the manufacturing range. Keeping the build lightweight and content-structured means fast pages and clean indexing, which matters when demand often starts with a search for one specific grade. The result is a corporate site that reads as an established manufacturer with a serious catalogue, and functions as a genuine reference for the technical buyer it is trying to win.
