Build software that ships.

Small teams, real ownership, and code that goes to production — not to a demo folder. New Delhi, hybrid, senior-minded at every level.

Careers

Work on systems that people use all day.

Not landing pages. Dispatch systems, settlement engines, clinical platforms — software where a bad decision has a consequence and a good one is visible in a metric.

Why here

The honest pitch, including the parts that will not suit everyone.

You will not be one of forty people on a project you cannot describe. Our teams are three to six people and you will own a real part of a real system — its architecture, its performance, its failures at 3am if it comes to that.

We review every pull request. That is a good thing if you want to get better and an irritating thing if you would rather ship and move on. We also expect you to push back — on a client, on a deadline, on a colleague — when you think something is wrong. An engineer who never disagrees is an engineer we are not getting our money's worth from.

The things we do not offer: unlimited billable-hour heroics, a title bump every six months, or the pretence that this is a family. It is a job. We think it is a very good one. You will be paid at the top of the New Delhi market, you will work with people who read the code they review, and you will leave here more employable than you arrived.
  • Hybrid: three days in the New Delhi studio, two wherever you work best.
  • You will meet the whole team you would join before you accept.
  • We answer every application. Even the ones we say no to.
What we offer

Benefits that are actually benefits.

No ping-pong table, no snack wall, no "unlimited leave" that nobody dares to take.

  • Top-of-market pay, reviewed annually

Benchmarked against New Delhi product companies, not against agencies. We publish the band before you interview.

  • Health cover for you and your family

Including parents. Plus an annual health check the company actually reminds you to book.

  • 24 days of leave, and we mean it

A defined number, tracked, and a manager who will chase you if you have not taken it by November.

  • A real learning budget

₹60,000 a year plus five working days. Conferences, courses, books, certifications. You choose.

  • Sane hours, defended

Crunch is a planning failure. If we ask you for a weekend, someone above you has some explaining to do.

  • Time in the codebase, not in meetings

Two standing meetings a week. The rest of the calendar is yours.

  • Hybrid, with a studio worth coming to

Three days in Ashram, two remote. Good chairs, good monitors, no hot-desking.

  • Mentorship that is scheduled, not implied

Every engineer has a named mentor and a standing hour. Seniors are measured on how their mentees grow.

  • A path that does not force you into management

Principal engineer is a destination, not a consolation prize. It pays like a manager because it is worth as much.

The culture, honestly

What you would notice in your first month.

Your code will be read closely, and so will everyone else's

Review here is not a rubber stamp. Expect questions about your data model, your indexes and your error paths — from the principal engineers and from the person who joined last month. It is the single fastest way we know to get better, and it is not optional.

You talk to clients

Engineers sit in discovery and in demos. You will explain your own trade-offs to the person paying for them.

Every retro leads somewhere

The founder reads all of them. Things change, or someone explains why they cannot.

On-call is paid and it is rare

A real rota, compensated. We work hard to make sure the pager stays quiet.

Who you would work with

The people already here.

You will meet the whole team you would be joining before you make a decision — not just a manager and an HR screen.

Write to us anyway. Tell us what you build, what you are good at, and what you would want to work on. We have created roles for the right person before and we would do it again.
