A white label PIM is product information management software that carries your brand, not ours. Your logo, colours, domain and name appear everywhere. You can use it inside your own business, or sell it to your clients as your own product.

Ready products are a good fit for most businesses, and we build on Akeneo too. A custom PIM makes sense when you want to sell the software under your own brand, when your product structure does not fit a standard tool, when you want no per-user or per-product licence fees, or when the PIM must work closely with your own systems. If a ready product suits you better, we will tell you.

You do. Once the project is paid for, the source code and the rights to it are yours. You can host it anywhere, change it and sell it. There is no licence fee to us for using your own software.

Yes. We can build it as a multi-client SaaS. Each client gets its own separate account, users, products and branding. You get a main admin panel to add clients, set plans and limits, and see usage. Billing can be added if you want to charge clients online.

The usual core is a product catalogue with custom fields, categories, variants, photo and file storage, bulk import and export from Excel and CSV, translations, approval steps, user roles, change history, data quality scores, and an API. On top of that we add store, ERP and marketplace connections, and any features your products need.

Yes. We export your current products, fields, categories, photos and files, map them to the new system and import them in test runs. You check a sample before the final move, and old links and codes are kept where possible.

A first working version with the core features usually takes a few months. A full multi-client SaaS with billing and many connections takes longer. We start with a short discovery and give you a written plan with features, time and cost.
