01

The challenge

NM Company is an event management and supplies firm that provides end-to-end event resources — from concept planning and decor through to catering, entertainment, invitations and photography — and positions itself as a facilitator of large-scale and government events. Selling events is selling trust in an outcome nobody can see in advance: a client is asking whether this company can be relied on to deliver a flawless, memorable day. The website has to make that confidence visible.

What an events firm needs from its site

  • The full range has to be legible. Concept planning, vendor management, artist and entertainment, decor and styling, invitations and e-invites, catering and photography are distinct capabilities, and a client needs to see the firm can handle the whole event, not just one slice.
  • Proof is the product. Events are bought on evidence — past work, real setups, satisfied clients and recognition. A portfolio and testimonials do more persuading than any amount of description.
  • Credibility for serious clients. Facilitating government and large events signals a level of reliability that has to be conveyed clearly to win comparable work.
  • An easy way to start a conversation. Every event engagement begins with an enquiry, so reaching the company must be frictionless.

The brief was to turn a full-service events operation into a visual, credible, portfolio-led website that shows the range, proves the track record and makes it easy to start planning.

02

What we built

We built NM Company on Next.js and React with a Tailwind CSS front end, designing a visual, portfolio-led site that leads with proof and makes the firm's full capability clear.

The full service spread, clearly laid out

The site presents the firm's complete offering — concept planning, vendor management, artist and entertainment, decor and styling, invitations and e-invites, catering, and photography and videography — so a client immediately sees a partner who can run the whole event rather than a single vendor.

Proof at the centre

A project gallery, achievements, client logos and testimonials are given prominence, because in events the evidence of past work is what converts. The firm's positioning as a facilitator of large and government events is surfaced to signal the reliability serious clients look for.

Visual and fast

Events are a visual business, so the design leads with imagery while a server-rendered Next.js build keeps pages fast on the phones most enquiries come from. An FAQ answers the practical questions clients ask before reaching out.

A clear path to enquire

A dedicated enquiry route gives an interested client an obvious, low-friction way to start a conversation about their event.

03

The outcome

The delivered site presents NM Company as a credible, full-service events partner — showing the range, proving the track record and making it easy to start planning. We describe the capability built, not booking or revenue figures we do not hold.

What the build delivers

  • The whole offering, legible. Concept planning, vendor management, entertainment, decor, invitations, catering and photography are laid out so clients see a partner for the entire event.
  • Proof front and centre. A project gallery, achievements, client logos and testimonials do the persuading that an events firm lives on.
  • Credibility for serious work. The firm's positioning as a facilitator of large and government events is surfaced to win comparable engagements.
  • An easy first step. A clear enquiry route and FAQ move an interested client toward a conversation.

Why it holds up

Leading with a visual portfolio and social proof matches how events are actually bought — on evidence and trust rather than description — so the site does the persuading before a client ever calls. Because the structure separates services, projects and proof cleanly, new capabilities and completed events extend the site instead of forcing a redesign, and the portfolio compounds as the firm grows. A fast, server-rendered Next.js build keeps it quick on the phones enquiries arrive from. The result is a presence that reads as a reliable, full-service events partner and makes starting a conversation effortless.
